VitaKalk prevents calcium deficiency. Used during insufficient calcium supply.

Contents
1 tablet contains 1200 mg of calcium carbonate equivalent to 500 mg of pure calcium and 5 micrograms equivalent to 200 IU of vitamin D3.

Dose
1-2 tablets daily. 1 tablet: calcium content = 50% of the RDA (recommended daily allowances). 1 tablet: vitamin D content = 100% of the RDA.

Properties
Calcium is necessary for building bones and teeth. Regulates nerve, muscles and hormone production, heart activity and blood coagulation. Vitamin D promotes absorption of calcium.
